Φαίνεται πολύ νόστιμο

Η γάτα γύρισε το κεφάλι της και κοίταξε το σπουργίτι που ήταν στο πάτωμα. Το πουλί έτρωγε ψωμί. Η γάτα πεινούσε και σκέφτηκε «Φαίνεται πολύ νόστιμο... και δε μιλάω για το ψωμί χεχε...». Το σπουργίτι την είδε και κατάλαβε ότι ήθελε να το φάει. Έφαγε λίγο ακόμα ψωμί και πέταξε. Η γάτα πήδηξε να το πιάσει, έφτασε πολύ κοντά, αλλά το πουλί ξέφυγε. Γύρισε πάλι το κεφάλι της και κοίταξε το φαγητό που έτρωγε το σπουργίτι. «Φαίνεται πολύ νόστιμο...» είπε και άρχισε να τρώει.

· γυρίζω – γυρίσω = to turn

· τρώω – φάω = to eat

· πηδάω – πηδήξω = to jump

· πιάνω – πιάσω = to catch

It looks delicious

The cat turned its head and looked at the sparrow that was on the floor. The bird was eating bread. The cat was hungry and thought “It looks very delicious… and I’m not talking about the bread, hehe…”. The sparrow saw her and realised that she wanted to eat it. It ate some more bread and flew off. The cat jumped in order to catch it, she got very close, but the bird escaped. She turned her head again, and looked at the food that the sparrow was eating. “It looks very delicious…” she said, and started eating.
