Η μεγάλη αδερφή και η μικρή αδερφή πάνε στη θάλασσα. Μπαίνουν στο αυτοκίνητο και ξεκινάνε. Η μεγάλη αδερφή οδηγάει, και μετά από 20 λεπτά φτάνουν στην παραλία. Το αυτοκίνητο σταματάει. Η μεγάλη αδερφή βγαίνει και τεντώνεται. Η μικρή αδερφή κοιτάει έξω, και όταν βλέπει τη θάλασσα λέει: «Πω πω... Τι όμορφο που είναι το νερό σήμερα! Γρήγορα, θέλω να πάω μέσα!» Η μεγάλη αδερφή την ακούει και λέει: «Εντάξει, αλλά θα κολυμπάμε αργά, γιατί αλλιώς πετάς νερά». Το τηλέφωνο της μικρής αδερφής χτυπάει. Είναι η μεσαία αδερφή.
Μικρή:" Έλα."
Μεσαία:" Πού είστε;"
Μικρή:" Για μπάνιο, τώρα ξυπνάς;"
Μεσαία:" Ναι, άλλη φορά να με περιμένετε!"
Μικρή:" Άλλη φορά να ξυπνάς πιο νωρίς."

· αργά = slowly; late
· αλλιώς = otherwise; differently
· πετάω = to fly; to throw
· χτυπάω = to beat; to ring
· έλα = come on; informal way to answer the phone
· ξυπνάω = to wake up
· νωρίς = early

The three sisters
The big sister and the little sister are going to the sea. They get in the car and they set off. The big sister is driving, and after 20 minutes they arrive at the beach. The car stops. The big sister gets out and stretches. The small sister looks outside, and when she sees the sea, she says: ‘Wow! How beautiful the water is today! Quick! I want to go in!’. The big sister hears her and says: ‘Alright, but we’ll be swimming slowly, otherwise you splash water.’. The small sister’s phone rings; it’s the middle sister.

- Swimming, are you waking up now?
- Yes, next time wait for me.
- Next time wake up earlier.
