Οι φυσιολογικοί άνθρωποι στην Ελλάδα, συνήθως πάνε για μπάνιο το καλοκαίρι, αν μένουν κοντά στη θάλασσα. Αλλά ο πατέρας μου είναι τρελός. Πάει για μπάνιο όλο το χρόνο, ακόμα και το χειμώνα , όταν έξω έχουμε 10 βαθμούς. Μένει δέκα λεπτά από την παραλία, και πάντα ξυπνάει στις 6 το πρωί για να πάει στη θάλασσα. Το φθινόπωρο , καμιά φορά κάνει διάλειμμα, γιατί βρέχει συχνά. Αλλά την άνοιξη, δεν τον σταματάει τίποτα, πάει κάθε μέρα, ή σχεδόν κάθε μέρα. Όταν φτάνει στην παραλία, στην αρχή πάντα τρέχει στην άμμο, και μετά κολυμπάει. Καμιά φορά θυμάται ότι έχει και σπίτι, βγαίνει από τη θάλασσα, και φεύγει. Ο πατέρας μου είναι 63.

Sixty three

Normal people in Greece, usually go swimming in the summer, if they live near the sea. But my father is crazy. He goes swimming all year round, even in the winter, when outside we have 10o. He lives 10 minutes from the beach and he always wakes up at 6 in the morning in order to go to the sea. In autumn, he sometimes takes a break, because it rains often. But in the spring, nothing stops him, he goes every day, or nearly every day. When he arrives at the beach, at first, he always runs on the sand, and then he swims. Sometimes, he remembers that he also has a house to go to, comes out of the sea, and leaves. My father is 63.
