Μία πόλη κάπου στην Αμερική

Μένω σε μία μικρή πόλη, στον αμερικανικό νότο. Είναι ωραία εδώ, γιατί η μέρα είναι μεγάλη και η νύχτα είναι μικρή. Τη μέρα πάω στη δουλειά, στο σχολείο, και κάνω μάθημα. Τη νύχτα, όταν μένω στο σπίτι, παίζω μπάντζο, πίνω μπύρα και διαβάζω. Το Σάββατο πάω σε ένα μπαρ στην πόλη, και εκεί βλέπω ράγκμπι, αλλά σήμερα έχω ένα ραντεβού. Είναι πολύ καλά στην πόλη μου.

A city somewhere in America

I live in a small city, in the American South. It’s nice here, because the day is long and the night is short. In the day I go to work – at school – and I teach. At night, when I stay at home, I play banjo, I drink beer and I read. On Saturday, I go to a bar in town and I watch rugby there, but today I have a meeting. It’s very nice in my city.
